Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, having 2 years’ experience in Road Construction
Good understanding of pavement materials and specifications
Ability to apply technical knowledge in analyzing problems and creating solutions
Good understanding of highway design principals
Proficiency in traffic analysis, pavement design, specifications and pavement drawings
Should be team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and experience in developing and mentoring other staff
AutoCAD

Actively manage the project scope, budget, schedule and program; project communications and documentation and project integration
Preparation of pavement plans, cross sections, and typical construction details
Pavement investigation and analysis/ interpretation of factual data
Geotechnical investigation for pavement design and analysis
Taking responsibility for their own work and producing higher quality technical output
Able to assign work to Graduates, Technicians and report on own performance on a regular basis
Satisfy client requirements and deliver the project in accordance with the project management and quality plans
Manage the technical staff, specialty sub-consultants, construction professionals and professional staffs in a confident
Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations
Require executing project on specific time and within budget
Overall management of the project
