Job Description

  • Deal with various government organizations including courts
  • Ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations
  • Draft letters, writs, cases and other documents in both English and Nepali
  • Study cases and analyze evidence to support other lawyers
  • Conduct legal research
  • Coordinate and deal with clients
  • Coordinate with senior management and legal team in project related work.
  • Prepare time extension letter
  • Update new law or legislation
  • Other contract as per company’s requirement
  • Explaining building standards to stakeholders
  • Providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for construction contracts management
  • Give right and timely counsel to executives in a variety of corporate legal issues (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.)
  •  Research and apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
  •  Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust
  •  Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
